Accessibility Statement

PointMe's approach to accessible digital experiences and how to report an accessibility barrier.

Last updated 1 September 2026Effective 1 September 2026Version v1.0

1. Purpose and scope

This Accessibility Statement forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.

2. Our commitment

PointMe aims to make its website and core customer and provider workflows usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

3. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility. PointMe considers keyboard access, readable content, focus states, colour contrast, form labels and responsive layouts as part of development and review.

4. Report a barrier

If a page, booking flow or dashboard feature creates an accessibility barrier, contact hello@pointme.services with the page, device or assistive technology and a description of the problem.
