1. Purpose and scope
This Intellectual Property Policy forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. PointMe materials
PointMe and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, designs, text, graphics and other materials supplied by PointMe. Those materials may not be copied or used outside the permission granted by law or these Terms.
3. User content
You retain rights in content you submit, while granting PointMe the limited licence needed to host, display, moderate and operate the relevant marketplace feature. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.
4. Infringement reports
Report alleged infringement to hello@pointme.services with the relevant content, your contact details, the rights relied on and a statement made in good faith.
