1. Purpose and scope
This Promotional Features Terms forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. PointMe's role
PointMe may make promotional, sponsored, featured, highlighted, deal, area, category, banner and notification tools available to providers and approved advertisers.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Promotional tools increase visibility. They do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, conversion, ranking permanence or business outcomes.
4. Credits for failed placements
Where an eligible placement fails to deliver due to a platform defect, PointMe may issue Promotion Wallet credit. Credits are not cash and are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
