1. Purpose and scope
This Sponsored Listings Rules forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. PointMe's role
PointMe may offer paid visibility tools in search and category results. Sponsored placements remain subject to provider eligibility, content standards and available inventory.
3. Disclosure
Every sponsored placement carries a customer-facing Promoted or Sponsored label. Removing, obscuring or misrepresenting that label is prohibited.
4. Eligibility and placement
PointMe may review provider eligibility, placement quality, budget and marketplace relevance before displaying a sponsored listing.
