Third-Party Services Policy

How PointMe uses payment, cloud, messaging, mapping, analytics, verification and other service partners.

Last updated 1 September 2026Effective 1 September 2026Version v1.0

1. Purpose and scope

This Third-Party Services Policy forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.

2. Service partners

PointMe may use third parties for hosting, storage, payments, identity and business verification, email, WhatsApp, maps, analytics, security, scheduling and customer support. The partners used depend on the feature and deployment.

3. Your interaction with a partner

A third-party service may have its own terms and privacy notice. Where a user connects an external service, the user authorises the relevant exchange and remains responsible for maintaining that external account.

4. Availability and responsibility

PointMe selects partners with reasonable care but cannot guarantee the availability or conduct of an independent third party. PointMe remains responsible for its own platform obligations under applicable law.
