1. Purpose and scope
This Payments, Invoicing & Wallet Policy forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. PointMe's role
PointMe provides payment-link routing, invoice records, wallet ledgers and support tooling. Payment gateways and other third parties process payments according to their own terms.
3. Invoices and payment records
Every paid booking generates an invoice record with a reference, amount, tax treatment and payment status visible to both parties.
4. Wallets and payouts
Provider earnings move from pending to available on a release event. Payouts are subject to verification, deductions and gateway terms. Promotion Wallet balances are not withdrawable as cash.
