1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. Permitted use
Use PointMe to discover, offer, book, manage and review legitimate services, and to communicate about those services in a respectful and lawful way.
3. Prohibited use
Do not scrape the platform, bypass security, impersonate another person, distribute malware, submit fraudulent information, manipulate rankings or use PointMe for unlawful activity.
4. Enforcement
PointMe may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content and preserve evidence where it reasonably believes this policy has been breached.
