1. Purpose and scope
This Reviews & Content Policy forms part of the PointMe Legal Centre and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Customer Terms, Service Provider Terms and the Privacy Policy & POPIA Notice. It applies to customers, service providers, provider staff, visitors and PointMe support and operations teams, unless a section states otherwise.
2. Honest and relevant content
Reviews must reflect a genuine interaction or completed service. Content should be accurate, relevant and based on the reviewer's own experience.
3. Prohibited content
Fake reviews, paid or coordinated manipulation, personal data, threats, hate, harassment, unlawful material and misleading claims are prohibited.
4. Moderation and appeals
PointMe may hide, remove or restrict content that breaches this policy or applicable law. Users may report content through support and provide evidence for review.
